  • If you do not have a spouse, or your spouse has waived their entitlement, the pension beneficiary can be named on a Beneficiary Designation Change form will receive your pension death benefit.
  • If you do not have a spouse and have not named a pension beneficiary, your pension death benefit will be paid to your Estate.

If necessary, please contact Ellement for the applicable form(s) to update your beneficiary designation, marital status, or family situation. You must make these changes in writing on the applicable form(s).
